Death is an act of nature, inherently woven into what is born. Through our efforts to have control and ownership it is difficult to embrace our inevitable losses. Yet it is through these challenges that we can discover what is most meaningful to us. When we honor the fruits of each stage in our lives, including our final passages, we also acknowledge, with gratitude, the gift of our lives.
